Merchant Terms

1. Scope

These terms govern the registration and use of Vicinissimo by Merchants. By registering, the Merchant accepts them.

2. Requirements

• Provide true and complete company data (business name, VAT, website).
• Provide at least one public contact channel — WhatsApp or email — for pickup requests. Without it, products are not published.
• Have the right to publish the products and feeds submitted.
• Not sell goods prohibited to minors or adult/explicit products: shops dealing in such items are not admitted to Vicinissimo and may be removed.

3. Licence to index

The Merchant grants Vicinissimo a non-exclusive, free licence to import, index and display the feed data (title, description, price, availability, product link and image URLs) for the purpose of operating the Service. Images are not downloaded: only the URLs hosted by the Merchant are referenced.

4. Moderation

Registration creates a pending account; publication requires manual approval. Vicinissimo may suspend or remove Merchants/products that breach these terms, the law or third-party rights.

5. Data accuracy

The Merchant is responsible for keeping prices and availability up to date in its feed and for the lawfulness of its products and sales (tax, consumer and labelling obligations included).

6. Fees

Use of the Service is free and basic use stays free. In the future Vicinissimo may offer optional paid premium plans (additional features), with prior notice; this does not affect the free basic use.

7. Liability

The Merchant is solely responsible towards users for its products, prices and the sale/pickup relationship. Vicinissimo only provides visibility and is not a party to the sale.

8. Term & termination

Either party may withdraw at any time; on cancellation the Merchant’s products are removed from search. Italian law applies.
